International Orders
We try our best to understand the customs requirements for various countries. However, we cannot guarantee that duties will not be added to your order, or that customs agents will permit the entry of your order. No refunds are possible as for all sales are Final, we are not responsible for merchandise retained at your international border.
Returns and Repairs
No refunds are available for orders and items of a personal nature. We offer a 7-day limited warranty to all merchandise. Bombshell-couture is not responsible for items made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or if the customer changes weight/ size after the order is placed and if the care guide line was not respected . For repairs of custom orders, a return authorization number is required. Please contact us . Any repairs required after this period will be at the customer's expense.
Shipping Confirmation
The day after your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with delivery date, tracking number (if applicable).
Rush Delivery
Please inquire for rush delivery fees.
Confidentiality
All orders and customer information are completely confidential. We will not sell, rent or supply your name to others.
Payment & Shipping
We accept personal cheques. Goods will not be shipped until these have cleared. Please allow 5 business days for local cheques, and up to 21 business days for cheques from outside of Canada. Money orders must be for international use if they are sent from outside Canada. Paypal is also accepted.
Prices are subject to taxes if applicable. Payment is in U.S funds.
Product Aftercare
You Swarovski Crystal item must be hand-washed ONLY, in water BELOW 30 degrees C (86F) with gentle soap. No bleaching, no machine drying, no ironing, flat dry ONLY.
